The Interactive
Physical Therapy Clinic offers free consultations, and
provides treatment based on referral from your primary care
physician. Our physical therapists perform evaluations and
treatments in the northwest clinic at Hunter's Ridge and in the
southeast satellite clinic at 29th and California.
Our physical therapists specialize in recovery from:
• Orthopedic Surgeries
• Orthopedic Injuries
• Athletic Injuries
• Common Complaints such as:
Sciatica, Hip, Back, Neck, Shoulder,
Knee Pain and /or Foot Problems.

Interactive Physical Therapy and Fitness members can schedule
any of the following:
Exercise Programming –
We can set up an individualized
exercise workout plan base on your needs and goals.
Exercise Consultation and Goal Setting –
If you aren’t
sure where to begin or are new to exercise, we can help you sort
through your uncertainties. Or maybe you need to find out if you
are on the right track for the goals that you would like to
achieve.
Personal Training – If you need that extra guidance or
monitoring during your workout, we can set you up with one of
our trainers.
Rehabilitation Continuation –
if you have completed
your physical therapy or cardiac rehab, we can help you
transition to a workout program that is suited for your needs.
Other Services - include blood pressure checks, Body
Composition Measurements, Target Heart Rate calculations and
more.

This will be a low intensity toning and stretching class. Most
exercises will be done while seated in a chair. We will use
light weight dumbbells and/or dynabands. This class is great for
beginners, post physical therapy patients, or those who just
need some guidance with their exercises. You’ll be surprised how
much exercise you can do while seated! Come give it a try!

Need some help working your waistline and love handles? We'll
tone your core muscles, which will help alleviate back pain
while improving your metabolism. Our variety of "ab" exercises
