| Sit and Be Fit Class
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
@ 9:00-9:30 a.m.
@ 1:30-2:00 p.m.
This will be a low intensity toning and stretching class. Most
exercises will be done while seated in a chair. We will use light weight dumbbells
and/or dynabands. This class is great for beginners, post physical therapy patients,
or those who just need some guidance with their exercises. You’ll be surprised
how much exercise you can do while seated! Come give it a try! |

| Abdominal Training Class

Need some help working your waistline and love handles?
We'll tone your core muscles, which will help alleviate back pain while
improving your metabolism. Our variety of "ab" exercises will keep you motivated
and get results. |

Interactive Physical Therapy and Fitness
members can schedule any of the following:
Equipment Orientation – Learn
any or all the exercise equipment.
Exercise Consultation and Goal Setting –
If you aren’t sure where to begin or are new to exercise, we can help
you sort through your uncertainties. Or maybe you need to find out if you are
on the right track for the goals that you would like to achieve.
Personal Training – If you need that extra guidance
or monitoring during your workout, we can set you up with one of our trainers.
Fitness Evaluation – We
can help you better establish your fitness goals
and direction if we know your strengths and weaknesses.
Completing a fitness evaluation is done to make
your exercise time more efficient – not label
you as fit or unfit.
