equipped with a variety of cardiovascular equipment including:
treadmills, various styles of ellipticals, virtual reality
mountain bikes, recumbent bikes and steppers and more. Strength
equipment includes free weights and 16 of the most modern
circuit machines. Additional equipment is available to assist
with toning, agility, balance, flexibility and more. Spacious
locker rooms offer private shower stalls and towel service. |
